#2 Custom dictionaries?

Hi:

First, thanks for a lovely program. It adds to our
daily scrabble sessions.

I was wondering if it is possible to restrict the
dictionary to "standard" words, words found in say the
Consise Oxford, and excluding all capitalised letters,
abbreviations, slang, foreign words and so on, as these
are the rules that we play with normally.
