A couple of minor fixes due to user demand.

* Added Zoom default button
* Removed slideshow button, wasn't used
* Fixed tooltip texts to show correct information and added shortcuts to them.
* Image dragging can only be done with left mouse button.
* More space to the status bar texts and height is now the same overall.
* Context menu for images, this contains user editable actions, loaded from ~/.QtVu/actions
  This file contains a list of commands, each line corresponds to one element in the popup menu.
  It looks like:
  Name=Command
  For instance to rotate clock wise with ImageMagick do:
  Rotate cw=convert -rotate %f %f
  %f will be replace with the full name(and full path) of the image selected.
  Other % tags that can be used are:
  %f - Filename with full absolute path
  %d - Directory of image(Ends in a / always so no need to add it)
  %F - Filename only, no path
  %b - Basename, for instance the basename of "picture.png" is "picture"
  %e - Extension, for instance the extension of "picture.png" is "png"
  any other % tag is merely ignored.
* Removed tooltip from hotlist, it was annoying.
