#1 Porting QtVu to qt2.3.0

I tried to compile qtvu on a redhat 7.1 machine, but
went into some problems. It seems like qtvu needs
qimageio.h in order to work, but qt2.3.0 has moved some
of the functionality from qimageio.h to the new
qimage.h, but they differ enough to not letting me
simply make a symlink from qimage.h to qimagio.h.

Would it be possible to make it work with qt2.3.0 in
the nearest future?
