[Qtunit-announce] QtUnit 0.9.3

QtUnit 0.9.3 has been released with minor bugfixes and a few additional
features, below is a summary of the changelog :

* Fixed some spelling errors.
* Added assertNotEquals and assertNotEqualsDelta with corresponding
  macros.
* Added 'const char *' type support in assertEquals and the macro
  qassertEquals.
* Fixed compilation problems under windows with Borland and Microsoft
  compilers.
