#208 Mac both dylib and so extension

In PluginFactory::load the library filename is determined. However for "Mac OS X" it is defined as both "Mac" and "UNIX" so we get filenames with ".dylib.so" extension :-)

I assume that doing the following will be sufficient, but have not yet committed the change (see attached patch):

s.append(".dylib");

s.append(".so");
#endif
