The KEYS value was set to:
INDICATOR_PLOT_INDEX_RANGE_START and INDICATOR_PLOT_INDEX_RANGE_END, but the plugin INDEX_RANGE was setting the keys to INDICATOR_RANGE_START and INDICATOR_RANGE_END.
I have updated the html file
