#180 The chart is reload if user clicks twice in same security

If the user clicks twice in a security in chart page, the chart will reload even if the chart is the same already showed.

This patch fixes it by verifying if the chart is the same before load the new chart.

    This behaviour is currently necessary. If the user is in the "Workwith Groups" panel, then switches to the "Workwith Charts" panel to view a different chart, then switches back to the "Workwith Groups" panel to view the original chart again, they will need to select the already selected chart name. That issue needs to be addressed as well.

    So not applying this patch until there is a complete solution.
