gcc compiler option is setted for all compilers, does not work with msvc

QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -Wno-sign-compare

QMAKE_CXXFLAGS += -Wno-sign-compare is not work for rebuild.
Please note that all these warnings from C files. But all C files from third part project.
I work with QtCreator and not with msvc. So can not test on it. So please dont pay attention to the warning
