I am running RHEL 4 with parted 1.6.19 installed. I try to run QTpared and get the error message

Parted is too old:
installed parted verstion 1.6.3
required parted verstion 1.6.6 or better

Does anyone have any suggestions?

  I installed the FC4 qtparted version 4.5 and it ran qtparted. I was running other programs and could not test it.
  
  I hope this verstion works on my RHEL 4 server. Has anyone tested this version of qtarted on RHEL 4?
