#22 Chart widget can force ridiculous minimum window dimensions

QtParted's chart view can force the minimum width of the window to be insanely (~6000px) wide with large drives (Not of sure any more details) and, on composited desktops, this can make the window go black for lack of video RAM.

Noticed on version 0.4.5.
