To reproduce: run basic_measure_script.py in example dir.

When live-plotting is disabled, starting a new measurement will plot a single time the data in the figures. Expected behavior is that there is no data plotted at all.

This behaviour does not occur on Windows 7 64bit, python 2.7.2, IPython 0.11
