1) Today moved several files into their own subdirectories in order to keep the src directory clean.
2) Began work on flight director and autopilot, but these are not enabled yet
3) Added gear and flap displays to the aircraft controls tab. These are just repeats of what is displayed in the JSBSim outputs tabs, but more convenient.
4) Fixed localizer display to show correct direction to final course when aircraft is headed > 90 degrees from final course.
