If a question cannot be opened, MathQurate should show a message, preferably indicating the location and nature of the problem.

    Users need to be able to leave a question unfinished, save it at the point they have reached and open the unfinished question safely to continue editing

    A stack-trace is not a very useful message from an author's point of view, but how about something like:
    "Attribute "attr-name" is not permitted in element "el-name" at about line nnn"
