Test packages created in Constructr have buggy internal structure

The folder structure within the package is missing, and filenames do not have any separation between folder names and filenames. This looks like a string concatenation problem: have slashes been escaped, or is the fileSeparator missing?

Note that both the file structure in the package and the file names are buggy.
