#19 Opening tests for editing

The list of tests seems to change unpredictably. I thought I had prepared two tests for the demo but they were not there when I went back in.

Please can Constructr have facilities for opening a previously saved test from both Minibix and a local content package? A user can then work on their own tests, and find them again after saving.
