Windows:
For small downloads Download is splitted in 2 Parts
* the Main Executable (small, but changes often)
* the dlls + some graphis, icons & such - large but does not change this often
How to Install:
unpack Exe + needfull_dll Package in abitrary folder

Linux:
install QT via paketmanagement
unpack & copy the binary + additional files
e.g. to /opt and set executable flags
Make a Link to your favorite Desktop Enviroment
