Take local backup from a remote rsync server possible ? - pull mode

Is it possible to take local backup in a Windows client (destination) from a remote rsync server (source) - pull mode? I went through the software but can take back from local Windows client (source) to the remote rsync server (destination) only - push mode. Another software Grsync supports this. The source & destination can be interchanged in it.
