QtdSync install windows server 2003 sp2
QtdSync seems not to have writing access to its application dir path
In order to function properly you need to grant QtdSync access.
in its current version, QtdSync stores some program settings in local xml files (stored in its application folder). The only workaround (currently) is to grant QtdSync (the currenlty logged in user) writing access to that folder OR to install QtdSync NOT into "Program Files" but another arbitrary folder.
