Hi,
in its current version, QtdSync stores some program settings in local xml files (stored in its application folder). The only workaround (currently) is to grant QtdSync (the currenlty logged in user) writing access to that folder OR to install QtdSync NOT into "Program Files" but another arbitrary folder.
