Hello,

I have the email notification setup and working. The issue I've having is that I use my personal domain's SMTP to send to Gmail, and there's no way to specify a "FROM" field.

So while the email comes from mydomain.com, it shows up in Gmail as sent from me@gmail.com, which obviously puts up a warning within Gmail about not being from sender.

Any way to specify a FROM:me@mydomain.com field in the notification email?

Well currently not. But I guess it will be in one of the next versions ;)
