64bit Windows version

There are 64 bit drivers availiable in WDDASK3.1 for adlink, so I tested to made 64bit QtCDB2 version. Corrected sources are now in git. To compile it you need to compile your own 64bit Qt and 64bit Qwt, use switch -no-stl in qt configure step.
