#2 Plugin can not be installed

Can not install plugin.
Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprice,
Qt Creator 3.2.1, based on Qt 5.3.2. (MSVC 2010, 32bit) from revision 602746950b

Probably MSVC compiled Creator is incompatible an I user should build it with his own VS 2010?

Did you use 3.2.1 plugin version or the latest one?
You should choose 3.2.1. All windows plugins (prior to 3.4.0) have been built with msvc 2010.

I've downloaded the latest released 3.4.0 from here.

But I still can't see cppcheck plugin at QtCreator.

Plugin's version must match Qt Creator's version. It doesn't indicate plugin's evolution, but indicates QTC's compatible version. So plugin 3.4.0 will not work with QTC 3.2.1 and vice versa.
Upgrade Qt Creator to 3.4.0 in order to use latest plugin, or use plugin with version 3.2.1.
