#2 Won't Install Properly
When trying to install on Debian 10, I get the message:
E: Unable to locate package libzstd1-dev
When removing that file, I get:

build-essential is already the newest version (12.6).
libbz2-dev is already the newest version (1.0.6-9.2~deb10u1).
libbz2-dev set to manually installed.
gdisk is already the newest version (1.0.3-1.1).

net-tools is already the newest version (1.60+git20180626.aebd88e-1).

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the mistake.
I reinstalled the deb package for Debian 10.2 with this command:
apt install qt-fsarchiver-0.8.5-18-amd64.deb
I received some error messages saying to try apt update.
I entered this command; apt update
Running apt install qt-fsarchiver-0.8.5-18-amd64.deb again worked without problems now
