I've been using version 1.0.3.4 very successfully for the past year, but decided to upgrade to the latest this last weekend. Converting .wtv files seems to work, but if I try to cut the commercials out qstranscode crashes. I've uploaded a sample here.

For now I'm back using 1.0.3.4 but thought I would report the issue.

Does this happen w/ every WTV file? What edits format are you using?

So far yes all files. I'll test a few more and let you know. I'm using .xml.

I haven't been able to reproduce here w/ some WTV + XML (or EDL) files on latest (not that different from latest public).

I did a little more testing and it's not crashing due to commercial cutting. If I don't add an XML or EDL it still crashes immediately. Could this be the same problem we had one other time due to the generation of my processor? I have a 3rd gen Core i7 - 3770K.

You should get a WER in the Event Log. What component is causing the fault?

    Any thoughts on this error?

Sorry. I haven't been able to reproduce it. I need to do another release of QSTranscode w/ updated ffmpeg (which might be why), just haven't had the time.

Sounds good. Thanks! Version 1.0.3.4 still works for most stuff anyway, for me.
