[QStat-devx] a2s bug

Hi All,

I hope all are having a good Christmas :)

I've noticed a bug in a2s where players and remaining rules arn't being
shows.

qstat  -a2s 84.45.99.217:27025 -R -P

I think this is related to users who are running an additional mod
(mani?) for CS. Or possible a steamID ban mod. In either case, there are
many servers running this combo and I hope this is something we can
accommodate within qstat.
