[QStat-devx] A2s Rules Truncated?

Hello All.

I've noticed that on some servers that I'm not getting a full list of 
rules (or players) return.

Can someone try the following command and see if they can make any sense 
as to what the issue is? I suspect it's *not* related to the bzip2 flag.

/qstat/qstat -a2s 81.19.219.104:27015 -R -d -d -d -d
