There is a bug that won't show the players details on the first player on a Linux Counter Strike Source server and some other games i've tested. Qstat will display the right amount of players but it does not show the first players details like name, points or onlinetime. When tested without -R param the first player is in the list. If only one player is on the server -R together with -P will not show any details at all. Also the -R rules output apears to be very short on some Linux server with -a2s.
I suspect this is also related to the breackage valve caused in a recent upate, but please provide and example command and output
Well CS:S was just an example, it won't display it with a lots of source based games. Latest SVN i compiled today wo't show player details nor rules from an Natural Selection Server (HL1). It works with an svn from last year. If i got backwards to 2007 early 2008 it works for more games and displays the rules. I just belive there is something worng with qstat, i just can't fix it myself, won't even know where to start. Works with hlsw, some php scripts i gave a try, only qstat that worked so perfectly and fast over all thoes years won't do it.
Maybe i got a problem with debian 5 - 64 bit kernel or something, compiles without any problems. I'm just to stupid to compile qstat on windows to give it a try there.
I'm sorry, just wanted to add something that maybe is importand: when that happens, i mean the lack of results, the server rules are there but only a few and then cut off after about 9 rules. Thats very strange i think.
