- upgrade Leser API to version 0.3.0, so now reader modules can use an "Universal Methode"
method for secure input of card pins.
- CT-API Leser: Correct some spell errors in the debug output.
- Add an new module for GSM cards.

Fix posible Segmentation fault in the CT-API driver.
It happends when call the close function, but the driver has no connection to the device.

This version fix an memory leak.
And all cards will be eject on delete of the terminal object.

The first version 0.1.0 is ready for beta testing.

The process of generate the doc for the project has begin. To access it, open the menue "Home Page"

So at the first step the SVN is online.
Hint: The SVN tree is german only!!!
