Q-Site: A PHP CMS/application backend / News: Recent posts

Project has been running up to now as part of the Shadows Rising RPG game development. This initial CVS commit marks the segregation of Q-Site into a separate development stream intended to ensure cross compatibility with both SR and also Quantum Star SE.

This is pre-alpha code, and please remember that our aim is for a concrete backend for PHP Applications, and a simple CMS frontend. This code was written primarily for two game projects, but I think some up and coming game developers or PHP Application authors might get some extra mileage from it...
