Did you see http://sobjectizer.sourceforge.net ? It can be good platform
for Qscada. It is crossplatform, C++ native code. Under BSD license.
Simple to learn and use, stable and powerful. Have interesting
frameworks build under SObjectizer. And have bind for Qt 3, but it is
very simple to add bind for Qt 4.
