OK, what must be done, must be done :)

I'm taking the P.L role. Paolo you will get back the conductor wand
whenever you say.

I would like to hear from all of the people on the list how we
should develop this project, what are our short term and
long term objectives and who is willing to do what. We need
to create a roadmap for the project.

My opinion is that as short term goal we have to create some
demo application, "the eye candy" as James said (it doesn't have
to be anything complicated), so that we have something to show
to the public and atract more people to join us.
Parallel on that we have to finish the work on the architecture of QScada,
define and document in detail what are we doing and how we'll do it.
Paolo I would like you to tell us your vision and share the
the plans that you've made so far, so we can start biulding up on the base
that you've made. This goes for the rest too. What ever you want to say
you can say it and we'll discuss it here on the list.
But you should know  that "The boss is not always right but the boss
is always the boss" :)
Just joking, I'm always opened for propositions, from time to time I
might run to fast and
be stubborn but feel fee to slap me and get me back to reality ;)

James 10-20 hours per week are half week working time.

I'll try to find something and send some links, but please
tell me what kind of materials and examples are you looking
for. General QT programming, Low level port programing.....
