#9 Output of batch simulation runs

Hi,

for batch simulation runs, it would be great if the simulation output file could be written to a custom file name and/or to STDOUT (e.g. using - as output file like it is common on UNIX platforms). This would be a great feature for automated processing of simulation results. In addition it would be nice to have a switch for suppressing the console output when doing batch simulations with error messages on STDERR.

Workaround for finding the result file name:
simqpn_ouput_file="./SimQPN.sh ... | tail -n 1 | cut -c29-"
