#8 Allowing move of places by key arrows

Changing the layout of places in the net editor is somewhat uncomfortable, if one needs to move the places just a little bit (e.g. to have nice straight connectors). Enabling a pixel-by-pixel move by pressing a keyboard arrow would be helpful.
