#24 APRS support

I've seen plans for this already in the roadmap, so
this basically seems a reminder ;-). But it's not just
that: Recently, I've managed to compile and run the
ax.25/aprs works for my zaurus (SL-C860). It should be
a *lot* easier to integrate APRS support by just
interfacing to aprsd through a TCP socket. The ax.25
and aprs packages that I've built can be found at
