Installed qpegps0.9.2.3_arm.ipk and
qpegps0.9.2.3_map_arm.ipk
on an ipaq 3870 running familiar 0.8.1 and opie
1.1.9-snapshot
built against Qt/E 2.3.10 (Feb 17, 2005)
When I click on the qpegps icon under the applications
tab on the
launcher, nothing appears to happen.
From the shell I do /opt/Qtopia/bin/qpegps
and the result is
/opt/Qtopia/bin/qpegps: symbol lookup error:
/opt/Qtopia/bin/qpegps: undefined symbol: _2Qt.darkCyan
strings /opt/Qtopia/bin/qpegps | grep darkCyan
shows two occurrences of _2Qt.darkCyan in the binary.

It seems to be a known incompatibility between sharp libs
and opie. Let's fix qpegps to work with the standard gpsd,
so we can use the familiar packages :)
