#15 New Bugs on Sharp ROM v1.32

When ran on Sharp ROM v1.32 the following new bugs
appear:

1. On the GPS tab, in the A: altitude box, The bar graph
fails to stay contained in the box. Instead, it spills out
down to the satalite list box. (see picture GPS
Tab.bmp) This problem seems to only occur when the
GPS is not sending data. Once it locks onto a satalite, it
clears up.

2. On the MAP tab, with no GPS lock, if you switch to it,
the entire program will crash. If you boot up to the MAP
tab, the program will show a bunch of numbers (in GPS-
NoFix color) at the bottom of the white screen and then
crash. (see picture MAPS Tab.bmp)
