#14 no scrolling within mapinfo view and OZ3.2

By using OZ 3.2 i can't scroll a selected map. I can scroll
the window, but the upper left corner of the map is only
displayed.

Does a click at the empty area of the display cause a repaint of the
map?

A click at a empty area does display the upper left corner
of the map even if i scroll e.g. to the lower right corner
of the map.
