#20 0.3 IRC channel userlist button broken?

Pretty sure this worked in 0.2, but not working on my 0.3.
When in IRC chat, clicking the [|] button (first button left of
'usertab' button) does not bring up a list of channel members. I
also tried typing
"/who #gaim" into the chat window, but got "Unknown
command: who".
sending "/whois ChipX86" works though.

The userlist button does toggle as expected, but I don't get
anything showing the users.
