#8 Error when "Umlaut" in Filename

This bug will only occur when special characters, i.e.
the German "Umlaut" (äöüÄÖÜ), is included in the filename.

When opening a file with a "Umlaut", i.e. "Löwe.pdf",
qpdf2 is unable to save the xml file:

Error writing notes: QPdf was unable to save your
notes. "No such file or directory".
