#3 portrait mode on c750

If qtopia is running in portrait mode (available on
C7** and C860) loading a pdf results in its being
displayed in landscape mode (often with some text at 90
degrees to it). Playing around with screen rotation
within qpdf sometimes corrects it but sometimes
doesn't. This does not appear to happen with all pdf
files but is very common. It occurs on all available
verions of qpdf2.
