#3 Cannot run Makefile.in

hello,
i have downloaded files from this website,

http://keskus.hut.fi/tutkimus/ironet/ns2/ns2.html
* Source (for ns2.1.b9a) -- June 4, 2002

Currently, i am using ns-allinone-2.1b9a in my Linux,
which i believe is the appropriate simulator for the
above downloaded files.

Unfortunately, after i run "make", it shows error as below

Could anyone please kindly help me on this, is my
simulator has a problem or the files itself is corrupted.
