link dynamics and QOSPF

Hi,

I noticed that QOSPF does not react to link dynamics,
for example:

$ns rtmodel-at 0.9 down $n0 $n1

the QOSPF cannot realise that the link is down even
when you release the session at the same time and
create another one just afterwards QOSPF tries to use
the same link which is down. Have anybody got any
ideas about it?
