I regret to say that I no longer intend to work on this project. I will leave the project up since it is still getting several downloads per week but intend to remove it at some point in the future unless a new leader steps up to take over.

This bugfix addresses LONG data type. The fix includes a newer version of OCILib (2.3.0) and code to handle retrieving LONG data from Oracle.

The latest version of QOpenOCCI is now out. The project has switched over to using OCILib for all Oracle calls so the name QOpenOCCI doesn't have much to do with OCCI anymore. This release also marks the first Windows compatible build.

QOpenOCCI 1.2.0a has been released with bug fixes and many features added. It has been noted that this project will no longer use the OCCI from Oracle (due to issues with Window builds) but will switch over to OCILIB for the next minor release.

QOpenOCCI now has an official webpage located at http://qopenocci.sourceforge.net with some good Doxygen generated documentation to go with it. With any luck this should start showing up with searches for Qt and Oracle.

Finally, an alpha release of an Oracle SQL plugin for the Qt toolkit is here. Support for most of Oracle's datatypes and caching is already built in. Example source files are included.

Sourceforge project is now official! The first alpha release of the code should be as early as this weekend.
