Hi Sebastian, I don't intend to (or at least I am certainly hoping that it's not necessary to) modify internals. I do, however like to know how things work, which is why I'm trying to trace through the whole flow. I have indeed looked at (nay, studied!) both QxTreeFolder and QxTreeElement. These are subclasses of BoxLayout, so I'm studying how the layout classes work. > The method _createChildrenStructure moves some stuff around.
