#1 Custom Standard Option
Add an option to the configuration screen to include custom practice in the choices. When it is selected a new choice should be displayed for the user.
Example is some customers have their own practice that is a mixture of 508 and WCAG. So having a choice in the add-on configuration to include this custom and having it send the value of "CUSTOM_STANDARD" when selected.
Where as now it sends PRIORITY 123 etc.
