Found bug.
The bot is case sensitive for the channel it joins at the moment.
For example:
If a channel name is #Example and the bot is configured to join #example the bot will not respond to anything in the channel #Example at all, it thinks it should respond if messages comes from #example only. It doesn't recognize the difference.
This will be updated in the next release qodIRCbot v0.8.4.
