#145 create new version function no longer works

I can't create a new version of either a TP or TR. The header on the page to create the new version looks something like this

"Guidance [] > version -1 > edit"

I take it that the arguments to the function are not getting passed correctly.

This is working better but still a couple of problems. When you create the new version (i.e. click "save" from the new version's editing page) you get a strange pop up that says "Message from web page [object HTMLInputElement]". Then on the following page the user message says that the new TPV is created but is missing the ID in the message (with the link to the new TPV.)

I haven't tested TR versioning yet.
