#133 print rows funtion

The "print rows" function appears a couple places in the interface and it is not clear what it does or doesn't do or why it is needed.
Can you clarify this and then we can decide to fix it or remove it. It appears on the list of TC results (but not TR results), inside the TR results, I think, on the TC creation page and maybe some other places.
