#131 trouble creating a new TR with IE

When I try to create a TR using IE I get a message "Error on Page" at the bottom of the browser window.

    The "error on page" message seems to be on all the pages--not just the create TR.

    Actually, it looks like every page has the "Error on page" message. It's just that the Create new TR page does not allow you to save the TR. Maybe the two problems (saving and error on page) are not related.
