About relations

Among all the relations between equiments, we decide to propose an abstraction that can be applied to a large number of use cases.
The basic relations class offer two kinds of relation:

Inside (or Embeded)

An equipement can be inside an other equipement. This make possible to handled the concept of group of equipments, or simply describe a rack of 5 patch pannels where each patch panel contains range of sockets connectors. By definition a "connector" is always inside an equipment and cannot have himself sub-element.

In relation with (or Connect)

An equipment can be in relation with other equipements (physical, logical, wireless ...). The relation itself can have a direction (direct, reverse, bidirectional or neutral). This may be of importance in case of transporation (route, water network ...).
